Reiki is an ancient practice based on the knowledge that vital energy flows through all objects, including the human body. These energy channels in the body are called Chakras. Reiki is performed by a certified Reiki practitioner using gentle touch or with hands positioned just above the body. This energy work clears blockages in the body, which can manifest into disease of the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki is relaxing and calming - healing and restoring holistically for optimum health and wellbeing.
